Moon Taxi has just released their single “Two High” and we are so here for it.
The 5 piece Nashville-based band formed in 2006 and has been on a roll ever since. For all you first time Moon Taxi listeners out there, we're positive you'll find some tunes in their diverse discography that are right up your alley. This is the perfect time to check out tracks like “Morocco", "Red Hot Lights", "Make Your Mind Up", and "Who’s To Say" to get you hooked and familiar with their established alt-rock/feel-good sound.
Their newest track “Two High” is an upbeat and totally dance-able tune that works wonders for those of us who need a little motivation to start the day off on a high note. With all the crazy things happening in the world and popping up in the news, this song is the perfect lift for when we are feelin' down. The band says the track is “A song about hope. Hope for understanding, hope for acceptance, and hope for our future. We were inspired by the simple and universal peace sign. It's a gesture we would like to see more of.”
