House of Creatives Music & Arts Festival has announced its return to Miami November 2018, presented by Mishu. 

1st Release Groundbreaker 2-Day Passes are on sale now in both GA ($60) and VIP ($120) format. VIP Passes offer festival goers the ultimate experience with a dedicated viewing area, premium bathrooms, and dedicated bars. 1st Release Passes are available *this weekend only.* Prices will rise Sunday, June 17, 11:59PM ET.

The festival will return to its stunning location at Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, a breathtaking stretch of island land along the sparkling waters of the Atlantic. The festival will feature performances from international and regional artists, world-class production, gourmet food selections, local artisan vendors, and visual art installations for a fully immersive cultural experience. 

In its 3rd year, the festival is an extension of the burgeoning international cultural hub that is Miami, embodying the intersection of art, beauty, and postive vibes.

After attracting thousands the last two years highlighted by artists such as such as Alt-J, The Flaming Lips, MGMT, Crystal Castles, Cold War Kids, Metronomy, and Washed Out, HOC Fest has established itself as a permanent fixture in Miami's fast-growing cultural movement.
